1. Remove screws aside, care 2 lower from fromfrontpanel and pullpanel mountingclipsandset take nottopull
wireharnessorthermistors controller.from SeeFig. 1
2. Removeupperfrontscrew and 2 rear screws from the rear UL panel. See Fig. 2
3. Slideside
panel forward and down to remove from mounting screws, set side panel aside.
4. Removedrain drain drain and anyhosefrom pan,take timethis tocheckconditionof hose remove debrisor
clog in draintube.SeeFig. 3
5. Lift plastic drainpanfromsupportbrackets,removal
ofrearULcovermaybeneedtogainbetteraccess.
6. Locatemain cord,power supply remove powercabletiestogainaccesstotheblack wire, NeutralWhite and
GreenGroundwire.
7. Remove wiresBellconnectorsandattachsupply from ConnectorsPlugHarness,use supplied Bell toreattach
wires.
8. original Usesuppliedcabletiestobundlewiresbackto location.
9. original Remove pan and condensate panbrackets discard,installnew brackets supplied fromKit.Placeheated
intopan brackets, pan pan and pan routeheated powerwiretothebacksideof connect plugtoplug
harness.
Secure ties. Figplugconnectionwith supplied cable See ‐ 4 5
10. Insertdrain element.pipeintopan,make makesuredrainpipedoesnot contactwithheating
11. Performsafetycheckofallwiresandconnections.
12. Installall reversepanels in order.
13. Placewireharnesslabelnext
to original label location.
