Trouble shooting
1.The unit cannot power on.
a. Please charge the unit and tr y again.
b. Please contact the service center in case of issue remains.
2. There is no or intermittent sound output in Bluetooth mode.
a. Please turn off the Bluetooth, and repair with the speaker.
b. Please put your Bluetooth device closer with the speaker.
3. No available FM station or background noise in FM.
a. Please plug on the 3.5mm stereo audio cable and re -scan the available FM station.
b. Please tune to another FM station for listening.
c.Please tr y to move the unit next to the window in order to get better reception.
4. The speaker cannot read out the music in TF or microSD card.
a. Please check if you insert the TF or microSD card into the slot properly.
b. Please check if the audio format is in MP3/WAV.
