Intended use
The Nedis KARC06WT is a rice cooker of 0.6 L with a power of 300 W.
It has an option for steaming with the steaming pan.
It has a convenient “keep warm” function for use during dinner.
Measure portion size and cooking water with the included measuring
cup and spoon.
This device is intended as a cooking - and steaming device.
The product is not intended for professional use.
This product is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as: sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working
environments; farmhouses; by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments and bed and breakfast type environments.
Any modication of the product may have consequences for safety,
warranty and proper functioning.

• Always remove the power plug from the power outlet before
assembling or removing accessories.
• Do not let the power cable touch hot surfaces.
• Do not place the product near gas, an electric burner or a heated oven.
• Unplug the product when not in use and before cleaning.
• Do not use any accessories that are not included.
• Unplug the power cable when the cooking pan is not inside the rice
cooker.
• Do not let the power cable hang over the edge of a table or counter.
• Extreme caution must be used when moving the product in case it
contains.
• Only plug the cable into a wall outlet. Do not use extension cords.
• Only use this product with a 220 V power outlet.
• Make sure the pan and surface of the heater plate remain free of
foreign matter.
• Only use the product as described in this manual.
Before using the product for the rst time, thoroughly clean all parts that
come in contact with food.

1. Measure the needed amount of rice with the included measuring cup
A1 and spoon A2.
2. Wash the rice in a separate bowl.
3. Place the rice in the cooking pan Aw.
4. Add water to the cooking pan Aw according to the following table:
Raw rice Water needed Cooked rice
2 cups 2 – 2 ½ cups 6 cups
4 cups 4 – 4 ½ cups 12 cups
6 cups 6 – 6 ½ cups 18 cups
8 cups 8 – 8 ½ cups 24 cups
10 cups 10 – 10 ½ cups 30 cups

1. Place the cooking pan Aw into the cooker A4. Gently turn it to the
right and the left.
4When using the steaming pan Aq, place it on top of Aw.
2. Firmly close the lid A9.
3. Attach the power cable Ae to the cooker A4 and plug it into a
power outlet.
4. Use the power switch A
8 to turn on the device.
5. Slide the function switch A7 down to start cooking.
4A6 lights up to indicate cooking has started.
4Do not force A7. If diculty occurs, reinsert Aw into A4 and try
again.
6. A7 pops up when the rice has nished cooking. A
5 lights up to
indicate the food is kept warm.
4Never leave any accessories in the pan when using the keep warm
function.
4Do not reheat rice that has been previously cooked with the keep
warm function.
7. Leave the lid A9 on for 6-8 minutes to steam the rice.
8. Remove the lid A9 to serve the rice.
4Always close the lid A9 completely after each serving to keep rice
from drying or discolouring.
9. Use the A8 to turn o the device.
10. Unplug the power cable A
e from the power outlet after use.
11. Allow the product to cool down.
