DUO MAX
The individual parts can be hand washed
in warm, soapy water or placed in the
dishwasher.
Place all parts in the top rack of the
dishwasher on a sub 40 degree wash cycle.
Please orientate the parts as shown below
to reduce water build up:

EcoPressing one capsule at a
time rather than two.
Place the EcoPress
™
Duo Max on a lower
surface; this increases the bodyweight available
to you, making it easier to use.
Leave used capsule to dry for a minimum of
four hours before EcoPressing.
The Bucket will hold the coffee grounds of up
to 30 used aluminium capsules before it requires
emptying.
The coffee grounds collected in the Bucket can
be home composted, placed in a food waste bin
or general waste bin.

Remove the Storage Lid
to store used capsules in
the Storage Base, ready
to EcoPress
™
. Maximum
capacity 30 capsules.
Remove the Pusher then
remove the capsule & paper
gasket (applicable to Dualit
Aluminum Capsules) & place
in the upturned Storage Lid,
ready for rinsing.

Cover Water Outlet with
dishcloth, sponge or just
your hand and ll the
Storage Lid with cold water;
¾ full. Gently shake for 10
to 15 seconds to agitate
capsules then allow the
water to drain. TIP: Save
water by using used
washing up water to
rinse the capsules.
When the Storage Base is
full, set-up your EcoPress
™
Duo Max as shown above
on a at surface. You now
have a mini processing line,
all ready to EcoPress
™
!
When the Bucket is full of
coffee grounds, place over
your Food Waste Bin or
home compost heap. Peel
off the Bucket Base, allowing
the used grounds to fall out.
When the water has drained
from the Water Outlet,
remove the capsules & paper
gaskets & add to your
household recycling bin.
Place one or two used
aluminium capsules, foil
side down, over the
holes in the Bucket.
Place the Pusher over the
capsules & press down with
both hands to fully invert the
capsule(s). Caution: Risk of
trapped ngers. Ensure
that hands are placed
above the Pusher when
Ecopressing capsules.
Warning – only suitable for use with used aluminium coffee capsules
Warning – allow capsules to cool completely before using the EcoPress.
Capsules will be hot immediately after extraction.
